Mandy is the founder and Managing Director of LexCorp Asset Management and Real Estate. Her passion for real estate began at the age of 18 in the Netherlands and evolved into hands-on experience in property design, development, and renovations across the Netherlands, Sint Maarten, and Aruba.
With over a decade of experience working alongside a major developer, Mandy has been actively involved in all phases of real estate projects—from planning and permitting to construction, design, and sourcing of materials, furniture, and fixtures. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Economics and Business (Finance), and began her career as an auditor at a Big Four firm, bringing strong financial and analytical expertise to every project.
Beyond her professional work, Mandy values time with family and friends, enjoys traveling, audiobooks, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. She also serves as a dedicated board member of the General Audit Chamber.
