Mandy is the founder and Managing Director of sxmlisting.com. Her passion for real estate began at the age of 18 in the Netherlands and evolved into hands-on experience in property design, development, and renovations across the Netherlands, Sint Maarten, and Aruba.
With over a decade of experience working alongside a major developer, Mandy has been actively involved in all phases of real estate projects—from planning and permitting to construction, design, and sourcing of materials, furniture, and fixtures. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Economics and Business (Finance), and began her career as an auditor at a Big Four firm, bringing strong financial and analytical expertise to every project.
Beyond her professional work, Mandy values time with family and friends, enjoys traveling, audiobooks, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. She also serves as a dedicated board member of the General Audit Chamber.
